  1. LoL.. it's very very easy to make a case for the 4g63 vs. a rotary engine. The 3s platform you are bent on shares basically nothing with the 4g63. The only prob with the 4g63 that comes to the top of my head is that Mitsubishi has not been able to build a tranny to hold the power it can make....of course that's not the motor's fault. I've actually been looking for an FD to swap a 4g into as well.... Hopefully though, i'll get my hands on a 240/260 first so i don't have to worrry about smog.
  2. there are plenty of 16g powered dsm's making 380-400whp.... actually.. i own one. the 16g off of the EVO is actually a very evolved piece. Many, many evo owners have gone mid 11s on the factory turbo. To say that a 16g is an upgrade over a t25 is a gross understatement. A t25 is a worthless P.O.S. If you can get that turbo for cheap.. you'd be very happy with it. dd
  3. What kind of obstacles are you running up against? Are they the basic RWD 4g63 obstacles like the therm housing and CAS/firewall clearance issues, or datsun specific issues? Curious as i'll be doing this swap very soon... thanks.. dd
  4. wow.. that 60' is outrageous considering the tire you're running!! Congrats! there is definitely something to be said about lightweight and high hp. very nice.
