  1. Did You find one yet? I actually have the older version just sitting in my garage.
  2. Interesting, staring at the parts off the car I thought that was a weird interface/I was missing a part, but I figured it was okay. Hopefully it's okay, I won't know until after winter anyway.
  3. Just curious, what didn't you like about the T3 top hat/camber plate combo? I have the weld-in version of that setup for the front waiting to go on, and I'm probably going to go with the bolt on version for the rear (my strut tops were hacked up by a shop already).
  4. Color me intrigued. Any sketches of what a version for the S30 rear would look like?
  5. This is exactly what I want, but are harnesses still "safe" attached to a bolt-in cage? Also, that looks like a Bride Zeta Type S, or an Exas III.
  6. No idea, they are still sitting on the floor in my pile o' parts. Sorry
  7. Just went and looked at my set, the ARP studs are "Late Model GM", ARP part number 100-7708.
  8. Neither of you may remember me from SR20 Forum (or The Dash), but nice to see familiar names in the Z game.
  9. Are you using a lock pin/bolt at all? Worried about the bolt spinning? Also, that's good to hear.
  10. I forgot to subscribe to this thread, went looking for it and found a bit of discussion on this mod in this thread: http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/116792-to-remove-spindle-pin-or-not-to-remove-spindle-pin/page-2 I think I will be taking this route if I change out my rear arms, let us know how it goes!
  11. The price on those Star Road coilovers is right up my alley, but shipping from Japan will hurt...
  12. Ah, I see. Well turns out they are around a 1/2 inch from what I see. Thanks for the info guys, I'll continue playing around with it.
  13. I have space before I am riding on the bumpstops (they were not on yet in that first picture). Struts were indeed sectioned, maybe not enough? I'm really starting to think I just need to get the entire thing redone, the perch for the threaded collar wasn't even welded all the way around :/
  14. I wasn't actually the one who dropped the suspension for the conversion or re-installed it, so I would have to ask if procedure was followed. We did let the car settle/jumped up on it/rolled it back and forth, and it got no lower. Can I put it in the air and un-bind/re-do the tightening myself if need be? I already have the FSM, I finally got tools (for Christmas), and I'm tired of paying for work that may or may not be up to my standards...
