    Deeep Dish Alloys

    I need wide wheels for my Datsun. 4 stud or lug or whatever you guys call it, by 4.5" (114.3). I need deep dish datsun wheels! I dont know how else to put it

  3. Hi guys, symptoms - car is cranking over fine but doesn't start. I've checked most things and deducted it could be the fuel pump, as fuel's not getting through. Could someone let me know where the fuel pump is on '81 280zx?

Hi guys, after posting up my vid on here and seeking advise from elsewhere, figured that the clicking sound from engine that increased with rpm was down to leak from exhaust manifold, so changed the gasket and studs but noise is still there. So now I've been told it could be a crack in the manifold. This may sound stupid but for this do I just need to replace the exhaust manifold or are any other parts required? Also I've seen a 6 branch manifold locally, what are the advantages of this over the standard 280zx exhaust manifold?
  5. Ye that's the same with mine, and I know the bolts getting stripped is very common, I'll have to be extra careful when removing the manifold!

Dudes, from doing a bit of research I've found this may be the exhaust manifold gasket, when I'm driving it turns into a large clicking sound coming from the passenger side of the car (your driver's side!).   7. Any suggestions for brands or companies that do a whole package, I'm thinking 1.5" down from standard height on 15's.. don't want to compromise the ride quality too much either

  10. Hi guys, newby to the forum and zeds in general! I have a UK spec '81 280zx which I'm hoping to lower, firstly what's the max you'd recommend lowering? Also is it just the lowered springs I need? All the previous classics I've had are either splines or leaf springs. Quick pics of my motor (haven't had time to take any good shots yet!) it's sitting on 15" wires at the moment but I'll be changing them as soon as I find some more, any recommended places to look out for wheels? fitment is a bit hard to come by over here in the UK :/
