  1. Some visual perception of size intake radiator Primed New shoes ...they sort of fit
  2. I have not done any tuning as of yet. I do not know if two will be better than one, but I was hopingfor about a 50% decrease in minimum boost fromthe small turbo. Previously minimum boost from the small one was 7psi, I'm hoping for 4-5psi, and slightly better controll of the whole system. Also these wastegates have been modified for further valve lift, allowing it to run more as a bypass and less like a wastegate that merely cracks open.
  3. Yes, both 60mm wastegates are used to bypass the small turbo. twin 60mm gates on the small turbo, and only one 44mm to control the large one.
  4. I am on stock CAST 2JZ-GE pistons and rods. 2JZs (all of them) come from the factory with cast pistons. I have a lot more work ahead of me, but the car should be done in a week or less, and paint and body work will be done shortly after. Thanks for all the compliments.
  5. I'm the fabricator for Boost Logic, and this is our GT45-80 DBB and GT35R DBB compound turbo, twin 60mm and single 44mm wastegates. It's a stock engine, so I have to leave it at around 800whp, but on high octane fuel it should be capable of 1000+whp. The car weighs around 2600lbs. Still have another 2 days of mechanical work and fab, and another 2-3 weeks for paint and body.
  6. It's a tight fit, but I think it will all work out pretty well.
  7. hey man I talked to you as the meet was breaking up tonight. hit me up on facebook http://www.facebook.com/zajnet for pics from the Bullrun Rally finish line and I also want to see if I can get more "in the loop" so to speak b/c of when ♥♥♥♥ like what happens tonight happens. some dude in a camaro was like follow me i know where to go and we went behind some pep boys just south of burnet and everyone there seemed to know you

  8. Nice job. You shouldn't have too much trouble spooling that turbo. It's the equivalent to a GT42, and on a medium displacement engine it should work very well. How much power do you need to make?
  9. I think the hayabusa would pull me NA with a different rider. I figure I'm closer to 146 to 148 trap, and that bike went 152 with a different rider. I would love to re-run. I really like the bike. in a drag race the bike would waste me. That bike is fast. He didn't even use the nitrous.
  10. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/StreetFighter-Vs-Busa_681276.htm built 1397cc engine, built head, CF body, magnesium wheels, slammed, and strapped. This is not a stock hayabusa.
  11. I've been pretty busy after work the past few weeks. It's a compound turbo setup for a 2JZ-GE in my 1986 300ZX hardtop. It uses a GT35R/GT42R combo to spool quickly and make tremendous power. What you end up with is a lagless and super fast small engine.
  12. I love my Z31! S30s have terrible aerodynamics and suspension... My Z31 has a .29 CD and weighs 2740lbs. I make about 700whp on E85. 1986 Hardtop 2JZ31. Old setup New setup
  13. If it were a GTE, then I would agree with you, but the NA intake manifolds are total garbage. They flip back around and go over the valve covers, and look like butt.
