When I had this problem a few years ago it was because of a rubber bumper on myclutch pedal that ignited an electrical connection to my starter.

Well not exactly but comparing these picks makes me wonder if a vh45de tranny adapter could be used for the vk45de or vk56de with some extra holes drilled ofcourse. I am in no way an expert so excuse my ignorance if I am thinking wrong. http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/293677

did you tap into your key switched power for you msII from that green efi relay in the firewall behind the battery? would you mind showing me pics of your wire conection. I have sds em4-6f and I got my car running but I am getting my power straight from the battery and havent figured out how to tap into the stock +12v key switched power. SDS and MSII are similar. Email me and I may have info that can help you with your install.
