  1. I need one of those! Can't ever have enough guns! The AR-50's brake is extremely efficient, and is also verry heavy which also helps with recoil. Nothing like throwing 750 grain steel slugs down range a half mile!
  2. Looks like some stiffer springs and illuminas might be needed. At the very least you could go with the illuminas and stiffen them up for the events. I would get stiffer springs too though. What are the spring rates on the MSA springs?
  3. Good to hear. Don't forget to post pics of it all done when you get it back.
  4. I think the RB's in 17x8.5, and 17x7.5 would look great on your car! I think the gold, silver, or hyper black would look the best with your color though.
  5. I agree, it looks like aluminum deposits to me also.
  6. Try getting ahold of this guy. He makes all kinds of CF parts from driveshafts to jewelry. I have seen some of his work and it is quality. 7. Clear resin, not gelcoat. You can do carbon fiber overlays of anything. Lay a coat of resin then carbon fiber, and then coat it all with clear resin. It would have to be clear coated with an automotive clear for UV protection.
  8. Is there enough room for a good sized downpipe with that manifold? Kinda hard to tell in the pics. How much did that set you back, and where to get one?
  9. I hope you wrote the recipe down. Could be helpfull if you have to fix something small later on.
  10. What color code is that? It looks nice!
  11. Yes don't wax it untill it has had time to fully cure! Depending on the paint it could be as long as a month before full cure if you are not useing heat lamps.
  12. With all the stuff he removed I would think the weight would be close to the stock weight, maybe less. I wonder if you could use a awd transmission instead, and have the front driveline fixed to a pulley in the egine bay running a series of alternators or something to keep the charge up??
  13. Awesome! I love those old cruisers!
  14. Goof off works well, 3M adhesive and wax remover works well, Ronsinol lighter fluid, and Good old WD40 work pretty good too.
  15. Go here http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/7AD2
  16. It looks great by the way.
  17. I like your custom orange antenna, and exhaust. LOL You are going to put replace them right?
  18. I'm not sure if it would be OK or not, but I would at least put some thread inserts in.
  19. I love it! Why didn't the 350Z look like this??
  20. I had a Pete jackson gear drive in my Camaro when I sold it. It came with offset bushings for the cam gear so you could have it a 0 or advance/retard it up to 4 degrees I believe. Check your cam dowl area on the cam gear to see if it has one and is still in there. BTW Mine was dead on, no play at all. That is the main reason for geardrive setups. Accurate cam timing all the time since there is no chain to stretch. I would look into where the slop is coming from. Are the gears worn at all?
  21. What setup do you prefer. I'm trying to decide between slip fit with springs, ball and socket with springs, or V-band.
  22. That is where a manual boost controler comes in.
  23. You cannot use the stock Dodge wastegate actuator, as it is set too high. Like 25ish+ PSI. You will have to use your T3 wastegate actuator
