  1. Oooh I have one! I have one! It's kinda patchwork at the moment (interior at least) but it's miles better than it was when I got it... First time ever seeing it: How it is now: Almost... Disbelief Coolguy.jpg And my interior, not perfect (there's 3 different cars in here at any given time) but nothing is total crap anymore.   2. Honestly, with these cars that's how it goes unless you preemptively take care of everything that looks like it could be old... So far I tackled Alt, Hoses, Belts, water pump, battery, radiator (got a really cool 3 row aluminum for freeeeeeeeee) etc. even though the only things that actually went bad were alt/batt and water pump. I just replaced the FI hose on the injectors this last week (Even made a youtube video! ) because the old hose had bad rot, and it was only a matter of time before something left me with an engine fire...
  3. your ZX looks in pretty rough condition, rust etc. Looks like someone put on an uncoated header (and left it to rot) and no, that isn't a turbo (although I can't tell if you're referring to the injector blower motor or the A/C compressor?) Honestly that ZX deserves a bit of TLC before even looking into perf upgrades, if the rest of the car is as corroded as the bay/engine (looks like it sat a while or was just neglected) then I would seriously worry more about rust in important places (frame rails, mounts etc.) than adding power.
