  1. I am trying to get my car ready for paint and I do not know how to remove the emblems. I do not want to break these. They are in good shape. Any help? Thanks.
  2. Has anyone used MS 2 with a tpi motor? I have a 305 top end I want to use. Any thoughts?
  3. I read thru some threads and went with poly in front and rubber in rear. Seems to ride ok. Will take to the hyway to test.
  4. I went with poly bushings thru the car, but I want opinions on the best TC bushings. What is the best for daily driving. I have the polys but have fairly new stock TC bushings in now. Any suggestions?
  5. Thank you. I knew there were helpful people around here.
  6. I have the fsm. The picture of the tach does not show any adjustment screws or holes. Looking from under the dash is tricky. That is why I am looking for the correct way to do this. Thanks
  7. Is it too much to ask for a simple answer? I stated that the tach will not come out. I am working from under the dash. Just because I did not buy the HOLY book do not crucify me. I thought this site was about helping each other out.
  8. Please guys a little help with this. Just a pic of what to adjust.
  9. I am all done with the swap. I just need to know where the adjustment screw is. Can anyone just please explain the procedure and location of the adjustment screw?
  10. I have tryied to adjust both of the flathead screws. They are tight. No adjustment. Are one of these what I am supposed to be turning to adjust the tacg.
  11. Tried thin shim stock. My overlay goes in too far not enough clearance. I do not have fsm. Where can I get one? I just have to adjust tach and my guages are done. Oh so close to driving. It has been a long six months!
  12. I have a 77 with 1st gen small block and t5. Stock hei dizzy. I am almost done with my conversion. The little things like this are getting less and less. Almost done!
  13. Just hooked it up. You have to make an adapter for the block. It is the stock replacement sender that is for the gauge.
  14. Can anyone post a pic of the back of the tach showing which screw to adjust for the 8 cylinder conversion. Please, I just need to see what I am trying to adjust. I cannot get my tach out because of the overlay, so I am working on this from underneath. What a PITA. Thanks for any help.
  15. Foind a stock replacement thru advance auto. Beck arnley manufacture, part no. 201 -0247. Best of all it is only 11.99.
