  1. I can't seem to find the right part#'s. I got the CHTS from a 300z chart of nissan part# then used RockAuto and it gave me SU401 which I can get at AutoZone and NAPA has its own line of items also. Comparing pictures does not help neither. So I am asking for someone to make sure I have this right, what is in my picture is first my CHTS and then my WTS, right? Now tell me which parts to purchase as my: CHTS reads: 2491 ohms (not in K)in a house with a 68-80 F degrees. WTS reads: 60 ohms when 1 pin is touched and the other grounded. Both just seem reading off? Duralast - CTS (really a CHTS) - Sensor Head Tmp > 22630-01P01 p#: SU401 Water Temperature Sensor (WTS) p#: SU403
  2. I am 18 years of age, so excuse any difficulty you may have understanding my post or writing. My father ended up picking up a good looking 83' 280ZX with supposedly a rebuilt 3.1L original engine, non-turbo. On the title it goes onto say GL, its only a 2-seater. I have since read much on the history and love my Z. I seen much on the forum about swaping a newer ECU to this current setup and had a chance to take parts from an 85 300Z one time or another but the ECU said it came out of an 84 (so one time or another they wanted a replacement too!) What all is needed... here is the current list of what I have and what else would I need? MAF w/clip from 85' 300Z ECU w/cut harness but has clips from 84' 300Z I think what else is needed is a knock sensor and a few other things and wiring diagram to do it? I am really wanting the better fuel mileage and small amount of power -- I hate the old MAF. I am hoping someone can help or give me sight of what else is needed. They are both non-turbo. Thanks for reading. I am referring to this thread: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=91250&highlight=280+ecu+swap
