  1. Hey Charlie! Good to see you back!
  2. So sorry to hear this, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your son Ross.
  3. I know what you mean! What a pain in the butt with a V8. I used a coat hanger, and was able to release it. I also thought of adding a short 2nd cable, that I could pull from under the car. Haven't done it yet.
  4. That's what I have. They look great, and is easy to program.
  5. Yeah, I'd like to hear what the V4 sounds like.
  6. There is a ton of info on this. Go to the top right and type in "302" in the search box and read, read, read.
  7. He's bolting the cranks together? How strong could that be?
  8. You may need a 7/8" master. Also make sure everything is bled right, this can sometimes be a pain. Check this post, it may help: http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/103623-cant-built-pressure-on-slave-camaro-t5-58-mc/?hl=t5+clutch&do=findComment&comment=970510
  9. I would use rustoleum spay paint, or POR 15 if you have it. Primer alone sucks up moisture.
  10. Mine is wired about the same as yours, but I also used 00 gauge wire for the battery ground, and engine ground. I don't have the rpm drop
  11. The Taurus fan does pull hard, but down here in Hotlanta I have mine set to come on, on high only. But if I'm in traffic on a very hot day, my temp gauge still climbs past 200* fast, so I have another smaller fan in front of the radiator pushing more air in traffic.
  12. Removable hardtop?? What were they thinking?

  17. Grumpy, I have a used mill vise with a swivel base that opens to 5.75". The mill it came off of looks very much like the one you pictured. I'll have to ask the guy I got it from the make of his old mill. I'll take some pics of the vice and base for you. I'd take $250 + shipping for both.
  18. I'd try and find a decent 350, and an R200 tranny ( same size as your th350 ) for the overdrive.
  19. I hope you filled the old reverse light openings with something, or you are going to have a lot of exhaust fumes coming in.
  20. Yes the bolts are molded in on the fiberglass units On the chrome bumpers...you usually weld the bumper bolts to the bumper, grind it smooth, then have it re-chromed. Not sure about Z bumpers
