  5. I need the whole taillight and lower valance for my '78. It was hit in the rear, and it also suffered from some body cancer. Any body have a salvage or parts car that has what I need? Thanks See a picture of what I need in the photo gallery section. Just search under "iam026tb4u" Thanks in advance.
  6. Help, I need the entire rear taillight and lower valance sheet metal. can you help?
  7. Thanks wheelman. No, I haven't gotten around to purchasing the JTR manual yet, but it is on my to do list. I'm not ready to actually start my conversion, so I was going to concentrate on the body first. Then when I was ready, pull the motor and transmission to and finish my project. Let's say that I wanted to convert to the 700R4. Is that any more difficult? I suppose I would just need to remove the stock clutch pedal and let her rip......huh?
  8. Hello, I'm in the process of creating my budget to gauge approximately how long it's going to take to complete my project as well as how many clams it's going to cost me. I hear a lot of people talking about the 700r4 transmission as the most suitable swap; however, my car is already set up for a manual transmission and I 'd like to keep it that way. Is the conversion utilizing the T5 difficult? It would seem that if my car is already equipped for the 5 speed manual transmission, that the swap to a GM 5 speed wouldn't be that difficult. Am I wrong in assuming that?
