A couple months ago CalPoly-Z and I wanted to play with my new-to-me mill. So we bought some Fuel Rail stock from ATP Turbo for $10/ft and made our own fuel rails for Supra 440c injectors. We did a little searching, and found that many people have discussed making their own, and after compiling some information, we built our fuel rails. Both of us have had these on our cars for about 2 months. Just thought we would share some drawings and pictures for anyone else searching to make their own rails in a couple hours and save some cash. ![]() ![]() If these JPEG's of the drawings don't work out good, I have the Part and Drawing Solidworks Files if you're interested.

Sorry dude, I have had my car sitting for about 2 months waiting for me to tune it. I have no time. I would love to, but just not feasible right now.

I've done it on a drill press no problem. You can rent the bit from Kinsler.
