Default External Restoring of a 73 240Z

I bought my 240Z from Phlebmaster last week, and i decided to restore it's outside to the stock silver, that is for now.

Sadly a neighbor decided that the 240Z needed a screw in the wheel and put it there for me this morning !

Progress....

How ever i was thinking of rhino lining the bottom have of the car with black rhino line and not painting over it (keeping that part black) what do you guys think ? and i was thinking of the 09 911 dark charcoal color isntead of the light silver !

I think either of the colors you mentioned would look great. What are your plans for it otherwise?

You always say that........ just because you peed on the dip stick. It has sort of had a special funk ever since.

Yeah...that motor rocks! So be sure to let Skib know and I will help him haul it away with my truck.

Great pic! Actually it shows the first two cars I ever owned. Z first and then replaced with the rx7 (bad move)

Thanks norstar, here's the update on the 240Z.

I welded a piece of metal over the antana hole, then grinded and covered it.

I was offered a 2005 350z rear end for free about an hour ago. Do anyone know if will bolt on with little to no mods ?

as far as bolt in goes you can use R180's (whats in there now, also in S12 200sx's with 4:11 gears) and R200's (280z, 280zx, certain Z31 for the vlsd) just need the 280z mustache bar for the R200 swap.
