I had to modify the mount quite a bit. The 78 tc buckets are a bit larger than the earlier models. Was not a "bolt in". Also the 78 floor is different so the trans mount doesnt work very well. Made my own. If it were me Id just buy a motor plate and make your own motor mount.

I should have mentioned this, but I did pick up the kit from Z8 Driver, and I just wanted to say he is a 'stand up', and true car guy. I ended up spending a couple hours with him just chewing the fat about cars and I was lucky enough to go for a ride in Z8 (most impressive indeed !). I'd be ecstatic if my build ended up half as good as his turned out !!
