big-phil Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 I'm swapping my rb30 to my z, it now has the z31 shiro 30A holy grail same internals as the Z32 TT 5 speed. Is that stronger than my rb25 series 2 5 speed? Also are the bell housings interchangeable? Hard to search on my phone so I'm just asking, sorry guys. Bells are swapable . The rb25det Neo has upgraded syncros etc, as does the 96 and above z32tt 30A. I have a lead on a Skyline 5 speed trans obviously. I wanted to mount it in a Z31 engine/ body. What is required beyond a custom driveshaft length ?
