Looking for someone to make carbon fiber or fiberglass roof skin? Anyone that knows of someone that can build me one let me know asap thanks

Thanks a bunch Ive emailed him now. End goal have the car fully covered in carbon fiber. Car is going to be fully caged.

Ive tried contacting frpauto with no reply? So not sure what's up. Can't imagine shipping to be to cheap to canada from anywhere but I want this to happen.

Well, it was night here in the UK, plus it's the weekend and the Olympics opening ceremony was on so you might have to wait a little for a reply.

Its been few days now since I've contacted them but im waiting no biggie. John Washington of Reaction Research is working with me. I will start up a build thread later been taking lots of pics.

What did Washington say about the roof? He is going to produce a mold so he can produce carbon or fibgerglass roof sections? I was going to make my own, but if he would be producing them, I would buy one!
Currently on a rotisserie for a full restoration - L28 with 9mm rods, 88mm Ross pistons (3.0L), 8.5:1 CR, Schneider Stage II cam, Holset HY35W, Megasquirt, Suzuki GSXR ITB's and home made intake plenum, Z32 transmission, Fidanza aluminum flywheel, ACT stage II clutch and pressure plate, coil-overs, vented 4x4 front brakes, 240sx rear brakes, Corbeau FX1 Pro seat, (soon to be half cage) and still debating the paint.. hurm

Not easy. Much easier to fill the hole than building a different car.

Ohhhh, snark, I get it.......... :P

1978 280Z -->  L28ET, MS3, T3/T4 (V1/V2), 440cc injectors, Spearco IC, BW T5

 

Otherwise all stock.
