Not too fussed on rust - I'd like pictures or details on the rust if the car has any though. As long as it runs, drives and the interior is all there - not worried if the interior is past its best. It is a good driver, owned by a mechanic so everything works including AC( no clock working ) round top carbs rebuilt .
