Every head can be ported...

And Great Condition equals the block covered in rust?

No signs of oil or rags in the intakes/exhausts... so I dred to think what the bores will be line on the cylinders with open valves.

I bought one of these when nissan was liquidating them. Actually I missed out on the full engines and ended up with a short block. I was lucky I did as a lot of the full engines had a lot of cylinder wall rust. So based on the exterior and the fact that the inners are probably rusty as well I would not touch it.

For the claims...no photos of the box or serial number pad on the engine...PFFFT!

Dude's smoking crack at $3,300.

I wouldn't WANT one like that if I DID find it!

A junkyard motor and $2,800 in parts and machine work with me assembling it makes more sense than that boat-anchor.

I do nearly $4k in work done of my E31 head and now I find out it can't be used for racing! Oh, what will I do now? What did all those racers do before the N42 head came along? Oh, the anguish...

Guess you are just sol!

I emailed him, he didn't have much to say.  He said the cylinders were clean, I almost spit on my monitor when I read that.  He gave me no cam specs, he also said the box was destroyed and that there was not a label or any other information he could give me....
