I'm told its likely to be delayed what with yesterday's national holiday and also the sad news from Nice last night - apparently border controls of lorries in particular are being stepped up and I can understand why.

Goods arrived this week - they were off the system - lost....meaning that some bod didn't scan them at the right moment and I'm still missing a pallet but which is apparently being delivered today !

Anyway, all good and everything pre-ordered will ship before Saturday.

Thankyou all for your patience.

Hi Sean, do you have any pictures of the race-sport header installed on a car from underneath?

I'm interested in grabbing one, but worried I might have some clearance issues with my large competition oil pan and mating issues with my existing exhaust system. Would be great too see how out all lines up.

Hi Ryan.

None of the Race-Sport fitted but these in photos on two different cars are of the Full-Race - same form but with bigger primarys and therefore a little bit larger and coming down closer towards the driver's footwell than the gearbox flange.

Can you share with us a couple of photos of you oil pan from above (exhaust side obviously) to visualise the space between it and the chassis rail for example ?

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Yeah, looks like it would be close...  thought I'd check, as I recalled reading of clearance issues with the "old" design competition oil pan and the competition header.  I notice that most of the competition style oil pans you see now have a notch on the corner of the pan by the header at the rear of the engine block, which presumably came about due to this clearance issue.

Here are pics:

Looking again, I suspect you are correct.  There should be plenty of clearance.  I just googled up some more pics of oil pans, and I can see my pan (black) is a bit different than the typical competition oil pan (silver one in the pics), perhaps some old school DIY job?  In any case, since my oil tray is offset, unlike the competition pan, I'm sure will be fine.  Time to crunch the numbers and decide what I'm doing - I've been drooling over your header for a while now.

Sorry to clutter up your thread!

Hi.

a) Overall length from the top of the longest exit pipe to the beginning of the entry pipe is 670mm.

B) From mounting point to point is 420mm from the exterior of each mounting nut/point (400 when measuring from the inside of each point to point).

c) Muffler itself length is 380mm.

1mm = 0.0393701 inches (1" = 25.4mm) and therefore :

a) = 26.38"

B) = 16.55"

c) = 14.96"

Any further questions, please don't hesitate - happy to help.

Latest (2017) prices attached.

I continue to evolve the parts and develop the range available and those parts marked '" * " are already being produced and will be available later in the year.

Hi.

A little bit of news and an update of my prices.

Unfortunately, with the way the € is performing against foreign currencies, I’ve had to readdress prices with an inevitable but modest (2.5-ish %) increase.

As a good gesture, anyone with the intention to buy can do so now (against an August delivery) and pay using the previous prices !

I have some parts still in stock – the rest will be available from mid-August.

Included now on the list are my new 280ZX parts and extra S30 rear silencer options.

In 2018, I’m hoping to offer a choice of S30 downpipes and also an L28ET header and downpipe.

Kind regards,

Sean
