Enginerd81 Posted September 22, 2015 Share Posted September 22, 2015 Trying to hunt down the source of the clunk and I found that the drivers side diff stub shaft has about 1/4" of end play when you pull back/forth on the outer halfshaft casing. There is no slop in u joints. Pass side has no in and out movement I've never had a Nissan diff apart before - what could be wrong and could this be the source ?
