Had a chance to buy this car several years ago when it was a 1jz swap.  I had too many projects at the time so my buddy bought it.  He started having some problems and just decided to LS swap it.  Well he started it and then it sat for a year or so and he offered to sell it to me.  Timing was right as I have some spare room in the shop right now to knock it out, so I drove up to Kansas and hauled it down to Austin.

Full length subframe connectors (damn near full frame rails)

New floor boards, toe boards, inner/outer rockers, and lower A pillars

 

Going to start on the bodywork in the morning.  Shaving the side markers and antenna hole and skimming the entire car before we spray it.

 

Also have a set of 17" Weld RTS that came off my 76mm LS Volvo Wagon that I want to put on this car, just need to do some 5 lug swap research.

Thanks, this motor is going in another project though.  A 72 Camaro SS.  I have a few extra 5.3's.  Pulling one apart now to put gen 4 rods/pistons in.  Unless I come across and L92 soon

 

Also have a brand new Holley EFI Dominator setup that came with the car.

 

Shaved the side markers and antenna hole last night.  Threw a new set of Corbeau CR1's I had in it.  Need to build some brackets now.

This car wouldn't haopen to have been up for sale on Craigslist before would it? From the south east Kansas area and it looks familiar for some reason..cool build!
