Hey guys,

I'm selling my 1978 280z 2+2 rolling shell. My mom bought this new in 1978 while in college and I just don't have the time or room to restore this car. The engine and transmission are gone. The interior is disassembled, but should all be there. The rear hatch lip (rusted) has been cut out. I repaired the battery tray area with sheet metal. This would be a good parts car or a project car for someone with some time. I'll take some pictures sometime this week.

Will throw in an L24 complete engine from a '72 240z if you come get it soon. Also have the original automatic transmission for the 280z (has new front and rear seals).

Asking $1000 for all of it.

Also have a complete 5 piece new carpet kit for 1978 280z 2+2. Asking $150 before shipping.

Here are some pictures of the 280z and the L24 motor I pulled from my 240. The guy I bought the 240 from said the engine ran when he parked it. He just let it set for a long time. I never even tried to turn it over. Let me know if you're interested and want some more pictures. I do have the title for the 280.
