If the paint is not mixed with reducer(thinner) then you should not have to worry about it for quite some time. Also, the paint should not be subjected extreme temperature changes. Just remember to agitate the paint thoroughly before trying to mix and spray. After sitting for an extended period of time the pigments will settle at the bottom of the can.

Yeah well it just keeps getting pushed back. If I had a place to paint it and the equipment to do it it would be done but I dont have either. I am just waiting on my brother to give me a call to say bring it over to the shop! :) So far the plan is still a go for painting it this fall/winter.

As long as the paint has not been combined with reducers and catalyst then you should be fine. The catalyst(hardener) would be the only concern but I doubt you will have any problems using it, especially if it's never been opened. Before using it look in the container and make sure no crystals have formed. If so do not use and get another container of catalyst.

I use DuPont paints but if you have more concerns call your House of Kolor paint rep.
