HPBooks has a number of decent reads. Jegs carries them...

*HP Books: How to Make Your Car Handle

HP Books: Fiberglass and Composite Materials

HP Books: Auto Math Handbook

HP Books: Automotive Electrical Handbook

*HP Books: Metal Fabrication ''How-To's'' and Tips

The Racing & High Performance Tire, Paul Haney, TV Motorsports and SAE, 2003. Despite the title this excellent book has a lot of useful and understandable suspension, handling and setup information. Plenty of illustrations help explain the text, really useful, very practical.

I have "The Metal Fabricators Handbook" that was first published in like 1985 and it has a lot of info on fabrication in terms of doing a car. they show doing a 1 piece front end on a race car over a wooden buck and all sorts of stuff. Including roll cages.
