Yes it will "mount" to it, but it wont bolt directly to it. Closest "bolt" up manual trans for the VH45DE is the '90-'99 Z32 5 speed, and even that requires an adaptor. There are some good VG performance mods covered there. You may want to read these two threads from the "New Members" section.
