Where can i get a Hybrid Z sticker for my window?

I was trying to fit some headers on my 350, but i need to take out what looks like a little bottle that has hard lines run through the A/C condenser. I figured that it held the freon. When i turned to nut loose just to find out what would leak out, i could hear a gas excaping, is it under pressure, or what? Is it ok to take this off, what will happen, or what will i need to do to save my A/C? I already have to cut up the driverside header to clear the steering shaft, i don't want to have to do them both.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, iam new to carburators and just purchased a 75z with a 350. On top set a "Carter AFB Competition series" a four barrel carb. By taking a quick look at it, i firgured that the extra two were opened by vacuum? When i crack the throttle wide open for a few secs. the other two don't seem to open up? any ideas here or how can I diagnose problems? or does this thing need to be wide open for a good period of time? maybe i need to read up on carbs...Any links?
