I usually answer my questions using the search function but this time I must post. My wife (God bless her) ordered me a coilover conversion kit for my V8Z for my bday, giving them the basic stats of my car. They sent 8" 340lbs/in front springs and 9" 280lbs/in rears! Am I wrong, or are these ridiculous spring rates for my application? I was thinking 10" 225fr 250rr would be stiff enough for spirited commuting. Was also wondering if Tokico HPs would work ok w/ aforementioned rates, or do I need to invest in Illuminas. Any strut P/Ns for sectioned tubes would be appreciated. Oh BTW, apparently the staff at GC gets a kick out of looking up all of their customers on my space and then asking them personal questions. Kinda creepy if you ask me...
