  1. Okay. I bought new cam shaft pulleys and Gonna install them this week. The oil seals are new and it just had a complete head job including new valves and lifters. On the end of the camshaft where the pulley actually mounts there is a shallow groove about 1/4 inch back from the end and I thought that was for another o-ring but I was mistaken. Hopefully this works; think I might replace the oils seals again just for good measure.
  2. Okay. I have had this oil leak on the front of the motor for a while now. I have changed every oil seal on the front of the block and the rear main seal (during clutch installation). The leak is coming from behind the cam shaft pully (driver side). Can the CVT be the problem? The last mechanic told me he swapped the two camshaft pulleys and the leak was still on the driver's side but I don't have much faith him. The motor runs great; just leaks oil. (Car's a 1990 2+2)
