Well at the time there were alot of beta versions comming out, Every one was dif. I see that people are talking about how ve tables were not the same. I used every beta version out up until beta 21 and settings kept changing in all of them, but at the same time things became more reliable. My last atempt at boost control was on beta 18 I think. There were problems with it. Its kinda confusing on how to use it, Its not like a normal boost controller were you say 10 psi and thats what it does. There was not a lot of write ups on it when I was using it, hopefully now there is. When I get the new car up and running I will be using the new release I think MSII Extra 2.0.1 with the error* board. The error board was a great thing to have. My last dyno run went ok I was a little lean and had a miss fire way up top, That was on beta 18. Well it good to see people finaly trying to use MSII extra, I could of used some ideas a year ago but thats what happens when you use beta versions.

Well I recently caught the car on fire so I have not been able to test any new settings. The boost control was not working to well, Hopefully in the next few months it will be back up and running. If any one has any luck with any extra settings please let everyone know how it was done if there were problems.

Have you thought about just using the VR or the Hall option with megasquirt. I had a problem with the HEI module so thats the way I went and no more problems.

Try the one above it is the msq file im running in my car and MSII-Extra-Beta10. It runs okay needs some work, just remember to Change the trigger offset and other basic things that will change from car to car. Remember to becarefull as this is a Beta version.

here is the latest tune on my car. It is a little rough but its a good starting point, it will work in beta 9 and beta 10. Seems to run beter in beta9 but im using the launch control in beta10. I will post more on my website as I get them done. This is for MSII-Extra Beta9, Im using stock Injectors, Stock turbo, MSD6AL, all of the boost, launch, Ect settings are turned off. I am using most of the extra settings as I have the Error* board so if there is anty questions about those settings feel free to ask. I would like to know how to use the stock knock sensor on the l28et motor. I am using the error* board and want to use knock sens. Tried different things but nothing seems to work. any Ideas on how to wire the sensor?

Does any one know the settings for the stock water temp sensor on a L28 motor. Ive tryied to do some testing but just cant get it right.

I will post my code if anyone would like to try it out. Needs some work but it is a good working tune.

if your still interested im running MSII-extra beta9. Some problems but it runs good now, oh yeah launch control is nice.

Just thought I would find out if anyone has started to use it. I am currently using MSII-extra Beta9 and its doing okay, just thought we could get a little group together and try to work through some of the problems and share tables, Etc. Thanks.
