btw your car looks amazing good job on one of the cleaner cars i've seen on here. In my opinion im not crazy about the hood scoop but it really flows well with the car. The front end reminds me of a S2000.

Ugly doesn't describe how ugly it is because the car started very ugly, But on to a better point. This is a car forum everyone here cares so much about the looks of a car as well as performance, but thats us. First off that forum hes on is call ecomodder or something of the sort its not called super cool looking fast car. He sacrificed the look of the car for mpg. How many people on this website have sacrificed there interior look of there car for better power to weight ratio???? And on top of that I don't think most people here realize that alot of people could care less what there car looks like or what it does in the 1/4. This guys has a big commute and and wanted better mpg and doesn't care what his car looks like. So I think he wins. p.s. perfect time to use that smiley

Pretty much all the technical aspects have been discussed. But what about good old convenience, 2jz-gte is an america motor which mean parts are very easy to obtain, while the rb26dett is not. You can go to Auto-zone to buy parts for the 2jz. Good luck finding an oil punp pick up for an RB26dett and when you do your at the mercy of the 3 people who have spare parts. And plus you dont have to open the 2jz up at all which makes to cheaper. But the ricer in me says the rb26 is more jdm!

For a second i thought i was going to see the worlds most incredible Z. S2000 seats are pretty expensive especially if your going after the black leather with red stitching. My buddy just sold his for 900 so ya s2000 seats not really worth it to me. But they are some of the best looking factory seats out there imo. But you never know check out http://www.s2ki.com they have a really good classified section

Before i get the "search the forum n00b answer", I subscribe to a lot of import magazines and pick up a lot of hot rod magazines. But it seems like hot rod magazines wont feature them because they're not American and import mags won't feature them because they are either the engine isnt a B-series or it has a v-8. I've only seen one which was in Sports compact and that had an Sr20det. Any help or feedback would be great Thanks -Dan
