Yeah thats what i was thinking that it was a 280zx booster and master!! its mounted horizontally, rather than vertical.

Nevermind, somehow i have a 15/16 out of a 83, the second version of the 15/16.master, not a 79-81. most say you cant use it, but it was on there when i bought the car, so how caan that happen??

I saw something about that earlier, but didnt get too in to it, I just wanted to see if anyone had one laying around.. But i might have to go that route, depending if i find one. Damnit.. i wanted my brakes fixed already

I dont think the 280zx hatch lock will work. looks different.

Does anyone know if a 280zx rack work? i hope i can get a answser for that. The parts for it such as tie rod/and ends would be easy to get ahold of.

First off, I have a 74 260z. I want to replace my steering rack, So the question(s) 1. Are there any bolt on upgrade racks i can swap in? 2.What racks are swappable between the 260 and 280z? I can get a hold of a 280z steering rack.

Do you have pics of the lock? thats all i need.
