  1. Bob, Thanks. That is what I thought. Could the mustache bar be backwards? I have a SBC in it with a WC T5 and things have been moved around. Ralph
  2. I am in the process of swapping out the R200 for a Fotd Explorer center section and outside knuckles. As I was taking dimensions, I noticed that the centerline of the axles at the differential are forward of the centerline at the wheels on my 1978 280Z. Was there something in the wisdom of the builders that required this? My plans are to line them up. I will be using the shortened Explorer CV axles. Thank you in advance. Ralph
  3. I have the dash out of my 1978 280Z and am trying to make sure that everything is working properly. The car is a 250 GTO replica with a small block Chevy engine. I have the proper sending unit (280Z) and the dash is a Ferrari look alike, so it is tough to get at the gauges. Is there a procedure to verify that the gauge is working properly while it is out of the car? Thanks, Ralph
  4. Thank you Ruben. I will fish it out. Ralph
  5. 1978 280Z. I am sure that this should be easy, but I am pulling a blank. I have a manual that shows the flasher up next to the Hazzard flasher, but it is not. I have seen posts that say it is on the steering column, but I can not see a flasher unit. I must be losing it. I appreciate any help. Thank you. Steelman
