  1. I was able to find a freeze plug that was the same size (Dorman P70C). All I Had to do was to bore a hole in it (I don't recall the size). Worked great.
  2. I think this is what you are looking for: Advance Auto Part No. 1-0029BF[/u].
  3. I haven't purchased on yet. I have 500 miles without any pre-filter. I believe I read that the pump will handle up to 100 microns. I would think any filter, in that range, with sufficient capacity would be ok. This is the filter I was using http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-230101/
  4. I think I used the same pre-filter you are using. I had nothing but fuel starvation problems. I removed the filter and it has been fine for 500 miles. I think that the element is too small, lacking enough area. My filter came with a 40 micron screen.
  5. Thank you for your reply Cable, What I ended up doing was to remove the fuel supply and return lines and used a 3/8 supply. The vent line was re bent and run to the front of the right frame rail. I can either install a charcoal canister ot just put a small filter on it to keep stuff from plugging the tube.
  6. What did you guys do with the fuel vent line that runs to the engine bay? Just leave it open, remove it and seal it at the tank? I am ready to install a LY6, but I want to take care of this line before the engine goes in. Thanks
