  1. Block is an F54 L28ET. I currently have a Holley Dominator EFI computer but I have also used their HP system. The Dominator has enough outputs so I can run a 2 solenoid boost control system with the Ford idle control solenoid and staged dual fans. It has an early S14 240SX 5 speed and long nose R200 with 3.54 and full pack limited slip. Suspension has sectioned struts with Tokicos and coil overs. Brakes are JRZ 4 wheel disks. The mechanics are mostly sorted out now. The limited slip judders during tight turns under power and the clutch disengages closer to the floor than I'd like it to. Speed and Sport got the idle sorted out which really made the car more pleasant to drive. The turbo plumbing separates occasionally under boost because one piece of hose is too short.
  2. Hello, It has been a while. I bought my Z in 2013, sold it to my nephew in 2016, and bought it back last year. I took the plunge and had Speed and Sport in Arizona dyno tune it before I brought it back to Minnesota. Results below are at 10PSI max boost with pump gas. Motor info: CNC machined block with prepped crank and rods, ARP hardware 9:1 JE forged pistons .080 over with Total Seal zero gap second rings. Measured compression 8.65 Cometic gasket Ported P90 head with Comp Cams 84-123-6 camshaft .420 lift, 214@050, 110 centers 4 degrees advanced. Holley EFI with Holley wasted spark ignition and "Super 60" 550cc injectors. Roto Master t04B turbo with .7AR 70 trim compressor, .58AR 62 trim turbine (as best as I can tell) Sparco intercooler, ported inlet, ported exhaust converted to t04 flange. 2.5" downpipe with 3" exhaust and Flowmaster muffler. I have included the head flowbench graph and a picture of the install. Right now I am knock limited at around 12psi with pump gas so there isn't a lot more there unless I change fuels or go back into the motor. I tried retarding the timing and it didn't help much and I am already at 11.3 AF. I will try again next year. The motor runs like a factory setup other than the idle is around 1k RPM. It is a joy to drive on the street. The turbo is old school and a bit laggy but not bad enough that I feel the need for a new one. Bill
