  1. Should arrive on the 26th. Hopefully will be able to have more fun soon with my car.
  2. What about comparison for the suspension from the 260z to the 280z? It's an early 260 so it's very much like the 240z, but unaware of differences..
  3. What would be the solution?
  4. So all refurbished, this should be a very nice upgrade for my early 74 260z with a v8? Thanks for the info!
  5. Hi Guys I am about to purchase a complete rear end setup from a 1978 280z. The owner claims the car was a manual, and I'm needing to know how to identify that the car really was a manual. I know that if the car was truly a manual, then the rear end is indeed a R200. Any tips or identifiers on the rear end or the car being a manual is much appreciated. I've listed a link where I sourced the majority of my info. http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/49194-differential-cv-lsd-hp-torque-r160-r180-r200-r230-diff-mount/ Thanks, Ben
  6. Pics attached: Blue = when bought from Bill. Black = current/ repainting original color.
  7. Photos can be seen via the link below. I've attached two pics which show the car as it was on the day I purchased, and how it sits now. The car has been almost completely restomodded less completion of the paint, EFI, audio, and A/C. Pics tell the story. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.2907404131179&type=1&l=a396af60a3 1974 260z JTR v8 SwapContributors: You (owner) and Bruce Kraft Updated about 8 months ago PublicFriends of ContributorsContributors Only Car: Early(January)1974 Datsun 260 Original Paint Code 305 : Light Blue Metallic.
