  1. that was my first thought. i guess it came from a 81 turbo. I need it for my 79 conversion.
  2. I cant find a rack and crossmember for my 79 so i think if i fill the gear box and run a line from the input to the output on my recirculating ball steering it should work with my 350 swap, just got to fab up a drivers side header? any ideas?
  3. Yeah I will defiantly look into that. I do always have that other port if I want to run another line, I just dont want to buy another pump. Im only starting with a 75 shot anyway.
  4. Thanks for the input, yeah its a little bit confusing the way i drew it up but it was a quick write up. As for the gauges, the Y blocks im using have a gauge port and instead of buying plugs i paid 10 bucks more and got gauges. The autometer gauge i have is to make sure im not losing pressure with the nitrous application. I originally planned on running braided stainless lines throughout but the cheapest I can get it is a 4 bucks a foot. ( I might still do that). As for the vent line, there is a roll over vent built into the fuel cell. Also im running all 3/8 in hose.
  5. So i just recently mapped my fuel system im currently running on my 79 280zx 350 sbc setup. Let me know what you think!
  6. Very true, i haven't test fit anything yet mainly because i dont have the motor mounts yet and im stripping and painting all the suspension/steering components. Hopefully I can just use that steering set up because finding a manual rack plus crossmember is becoming impossible.
  7. Ok, so I have a 79 280zx with the recirculating ball type steering. Im doing a 1st gen 350 swap and have come up with this problem. I can't for the life of me find a manual rack and xmember without blowing $400 so my question is, is there a way i can keep my existing steering set up or retrofit it to work with my 350 sbc set up?
