  1. i have a 90 z32 auto im replaceing the motor and wondering if i can put the newer style injectors and fuel rail, on the 92 motor im geting.OH and im puting in a new wireing harness,will the new harness work with the new style injectors or no??? any advice would help thanks.
  2. i replace the timeing belt,then i try to start it up ,it turns over but dont start,then backfires a little bit?????I had it at tdc 1 then got the belt off aline all the timeing marks just right:?:and replace spark plugs,what am i missing..???is it out off time.i was thinking maybe connection somewhere...im not sure.
  3. 90 2+2 auto z32,car ran pretty good i turn it on and nosie from the timeing belt,all the other belts was new,ok so i follow what was needed to be done...i alin all the timeing marks to where they needed to be...now the auto-tensinor the retention hole broke:icon_frow.so i tryed everything to try and compress the tensinor....i even took out a little bit of the fluid to make it easy to compress...it workd,then i found out u could use a pry bar lol...it workd fine,dumb me:icon50:.so i put everything on, belt,marks lind up,etc,now i needed gas in the car i turned it on..it wanted to come on but didnt....now when it died i was looking right at it the belts and when it stop, timeing belt rotated back left???????????so everytime i start it up when the motor stops, then timeing belt with cams would,like spring back left? mmmm bad auto tensinor, i havent drove it,i started that day,that was the last time i was fouling around with it....it sleeps now till next week....any advice???????????????? would help thanks.

OK ..BEFORE I GET STARTED I HAVE A 1990 300ZX N/A 2+2 AUTO....I HAD IT FOR LIKE 2 MONS NOW.FROM WHAT I KNOW ITS A VERY STRONG ENGINE..VG...........TT..ALL THAT OTHER GREAT STUFF ABOUT THIS MOTOR......TRUST ME I KNOW....ITS A GOOD MOTOR..BUT TRUFULLY THE DESIGN SUCKS...IM TIRED OF WORKING ON THIS CAR...REMOVEING EVERYTHING TO GET TO THE SIMPLES THINGS...DAMN CONNECTORS ..COIL PACKS....FUEL INJECTORS..ETC ALL SUCK.....PARTS ARE INSANELY PRICEY......I JUST CANT DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE...I LOVE THIS CAR..IVE ALLWAYS WANTED THIS CAR...I FINALLY GOT IT, I KNEW ABOUT HOW MUCH PARTS WOULD COST AND ALL THAT STUFF...BUT...I HATE THIS MOTOR:icon51:...I KNOW I CAN GET IT RUNNING GOOD ..BUT MONEY TIME TO WORK ON IT...ETC I HAVE A 97 240SX 73MILES ON IT.......MMMMMM LOOK AT THE VG THEN THE KA.................LOL IVE SEEN THE SR20 IN THE Z32....THATS FUNNY...2.0...THEN AGAIN 2.4 AND ALLREADY TURBO ...BEST OF BOTH WORLDS...EASY TO WORK ON PARTS ARE CHEAPER...I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WOULD IT TAKE I KNOW IT CAN BE DONE...ANY ADVICE... AND PLEASE I KNOW THE VG IS A GOOD MOTOR JUST THAT...I HATE IT ..IF I COULD I WOULD PUT THE RB...IN IT I JUST WANT SIMPLE ADVICE...ITS NOT FOR DRAG OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT JUST DAILY DRIVEING....I LOVE THIS DAMN CAR..LOL JUST NOT THE MOTOR:icon_frow
