  1. Could someone please help tell me which line goes where? I need to know which one goes TO fuel pump - I guess for the other two - one is return and one a vent? Thanks in advance

  3. Thanks for the advice. Looks like I will be putting something together soon. Looks like McMasterr-Carr will be my answer. I don't know what the guy wants for his kit or even how to contact him. Does seem like he is in the UK. I will figure it out
  4. Would anyone have a linkage setup (the linkage that goes between the two round top carbs) that they no longer have a use for. I can pay for shipping. Does anyone know of a carb linkage kit available in the USA, like this one?
  5. I think two of them are individual carb feeds and the other is a tank vent that looks like it runs to the fuel rail and then to the balance tube? I guess I need some pics of how the lines run from the fuel pump to the fuel manifold
  6. Thanks, that helps. It looks like all three fuel lines are the same size.
  7. I am working on something similiar. I just put the round tops on my '74 260. I bought a 260Z (engine in car did not have intake or carbs) with the car I got a set of rebuilt round top carbs and a doner engine with flat top carbs. The linkages from the original set of flat tops are too short for the round tops so I will need to make or buy a linkage setup. I am attempting to eliminate the balance tube - I am going to build my own balance tube that will also have the carb linkage attached. The problem I have at the moment is what fuel line (at frame rail) is what? Line #1 = pickup from tank? Line #2 = ? Line #3 = ? Could someone please post some pics of the fuel lines and the linkage setup for the SU carbs?
  8. Found this on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts-Accessories_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__Datsun-240z-280z-7-piece-fiberglass-spoiler-molds-NR_W0QQitemZ310108043711QQddnZPartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQadiZ2865QQddiZ2811QQadnZCarQ20Q26Q20TruckQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item310108043711&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=72%3A543%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318
  9. I have numerous questions regarding my current 260z projet. One of them should work with this post. I have 3 fuel lines located on the pass side (see pic) and I am not sure how to run them - is the regulator and filter located in the engine bay? The fuel filter has one inlet and two outlets? Thanks
  10. I have the SU set-up off a donor motor - seems like alot of "junk" on it to me. I want clean and simple - smog/emmissions are not an issue. Was thinking 280Z efi, holly carb or the original SU carbs without all the junk. My main problem is figuring out the linkages for the two SU's. How do you post/attach pics?
  11. Can somone post pics and description on what the linkage hook-up is like with the Holly and Clifford intake? This is my first post - just picked up a 260Z that will become my track car. Thanks!
