dose anybody know if any shop sell stock replacement fiberglass fender for S30. I've seen them before on catalog for some Z car shop but it's been long time and I don't remember what was the name of the shop. I know Motorsports auto doesn't have one and I looked for them on the web but no sucsess.

You are right I measured both strut from bottom of the tube to welding mark 240z rear strut is 24mm 280z is 25.5mm.

I'm from japan and laurel was very popular car. It had inline 6 L20 in it we called it pig butt laurel because it had such a small rear window and big trunk lid tail lite was mounted on big bumper that look like pigs butt. Basic design was skyline at the time.(except laurel never had twin cam with triple solex carb or webber cab like skyline GT-R did) But unlike skyline it was very heavy car so it was never consider as sports car or never used as race car.Kind of like chevy impala back in 60's or ford LTD.

Does anyone know what is the different between 240z and 280z strut assembly and rear lower control arm. I was checking out the MSN catalog and 240z and later year S30 has the different parts # for them. Does 280z has beefier struts since it is heavier car? I have both strut assy I was wandering if I can use 78 280z strut assy and rear lower control arm on my 72 240z.
