From reading on this forum I have found that the z slave doesn't have enough throw to disengage the clutch properly. A common affordable way is to get a camaro master and slave and add clearance to firewall and trans tunnel. I'm going to be using a 350 and a t10 and that's my plan based off my research. It seems pretty straight forward. You could also go with the internal slave I beleive but that's a little pricy and a pain to bleed.

Have any pics of the floor replacement yet? Just about to tear into mine wondering how you feel about the tubing and sheet you've ordered. I am also going to be building the full sub frame connectors.

Has anyone on here done this I've beenever searching all over and haven't found what I'm looking for haha I have a vortec 5.7 out of a suburban I want to throw into 75 280 and keep it Manuel. I recently came across a t10 at a swap meet for a good deal with linkage and bell housing but am wondering what kind of issues i may run into thanks!
