A guy walked past me at the entrance to the hospitality tent with a 240Z hat on, and I was going to say something but I missed him because I was waiting for my colleague to grab a bottle of water. Good thing you found that magazine before I did!

Have any of you who have gone through complete restorations listed out on a spreadsheet the parts you bought, what you paid for them, and who you used as suppliers? I've noticed that many thoroughly documented projects are discussed on the forum, although I haven't been able to find any project summaries in the archives. And, I know many of you keep all of your receipts -- just like I do on a project. There is plenty of discussion on potential suppliers, and who specializes in what parts, etc. However, to have examples of how others have gone about it makes it easier for those of us new to the Z-restoration game. Knowing about potential suppliers for the items we are going to need is a great help. Yes, prices and availability change over time, but information on how others have gone about it is very helpful nonetheless. Thanks for any help you may provide. When I finish restoring my Series 1, I'll post such a spreadsheet for users of the forum.

That makes two of us. After a long absence, I'm back in the game with a '70 240 I intend to restore. We'll be the grimy bunch before long.
