  3. Thanks. And actually the entire drive train from the 300zx has been transplanted in. And no the TT motor will not fit, you would have to do major framerail notching to make the turbos fit at the end of the manifolds. Was considering that option till seen how little run there is.
  4. I know it has been awhile since last update so I thought would post up some pics to show you where I am, and what been up too. For those you not familiar with my project here is few older threads: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=121082 http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=109759 Thanks for taking a look. It has been slow to get here but as you all know money and time the key. I will keep you all posted.

  6. Thanks I will keep you in mind if run into anything in future. Thats what I wanted to know, was how the power was going to be in our lighter car compared to the 300zx. Also good to hear, should be blast to drive then. Although a few more of these swap have come up on this site, each of our cars will be little different and that what I was looking for.
  7. Awsome work man, you spend alot of time on that one. I am doing the same swap as you into my Z. Can;t wait for mine to be done, but same story as alot of guy on here i am sure, have to wait for the funds to be there to order some more parts. Have you had a chance to drive her yet? If so how is it?
  8. I am not sure what would take to scare me, haven't drove anything with huge horsepower or a bike, but i get to drive my dads SVT Lightning with 500hp, and man that thing moves, not scary fast, but sure does get your heart pumping. On the other hand though my Z will be alot lighter but not as much horse power so if gets my heart going like that truck does, i will be good. Got to love it when little ricer burner get ass handed to him because doesn't know what the truck is.
  9. It had been ahwile since i updated everyone on my vg30 project, so i thought was time. Progress is coming along but time is short to work on car, but i have not lost my interest in the project not at all. Any questions or opinions on something i should change let me know. Enjoy...
