Well my budget was 5grand I had already sourced a vq for 1500 engine tranny ecu all the sensors but wasn't sure 3500 could get it in my car running?

I've thought long and hard about which engine I'm gonna put in,rb25det neo is what I'm gonna go with.I've found a shop that would be willing to sell me a complete engine 5spd trans and a rear sump for 2300 shipped is that a good price?What have you guys paid for your engines?

you can hit 250-300 on stock ems and stock turbo with and intercooler, up the boost, and few other bolt ons .
What do you suggest,do I not need mega upgrade the injectors?

Sup everyone I have a 240z and ive finally picked up l28et,I was curious if anyone in the southern cali area la,oc,ie Would be down to meet up got some questions about installing but mostly curious what process went to getting the car running thanks.
This is what I'm thinking about doing,supra injectors 440c,mega squirt 2,ford edis and a larger turbo trying to hit that 250,300 mark.And a front mount

Well im stuck at 1jz and rb25det,keep in mind ill do most the fab work myself.Now i asked the rb guys they told me it takes about 5k wise to get a rb25det running in a 240z is it cheaper to get the 1jz running? Not trying to be cheap just trying to figure out how much money im lookin at money wise
