Did you make sure your install the spring correctly? Ending with F for front and R for the rear. I had similar problem because the mechanic installed it the other way around and once he correct it, the clunky noise is gone. Hope that's the case for you. Ed

Depends on the condition, leather or cloth, with speaker on the headrest, color combination, and etc.... I got my early style miata seats for $80, but the driver seat has hole on it, so I end up switching the passenger side one and put on my driver side and modify the slider and the seat mount on the zed. Finally, put a miata leather seat cover on it and call it done...... With a decent leather miata seat, they run for upper $300. Then again, what type of miata seat are we talking about, that's the key question. Good luck with your hunt...... Ed

Same story here(East Coast), my 15/16 MC is turn out leaking. Thinking about getting a rebuild one to save cost, but can't find any locally or online(many of these stores said they have it, but when I do the checkout, turn out run out of stock). End up order a new one from Rockauto, so get them while you can, they getting harder and harder to find now. Ed

Odd question, but it comes to mind. I'm thinking adding something to the gas that will make color fumes, like green, red, or something else(I saw this on a drift video before, but for fancy reason) This way, I can at least visible trace where the fumes is coming to the cabin. Does anyone have any experience what I can add to gas produce color exhaust fume without damaging the car? Thanks. Ed

For the hatch, I install mustang fox body(1979-93 hatch weatherstrip) they are pretty good. The design is similar to 2nd RX-7(FC), it has aluminum piece insert, so you need to bend around the upper corner to get it right. And the best part is it only cost about $20 NEW on ebay. Ed
