Braap, this forum has taught me alot about who I am, and alot about z cars. But with all good things in life, it can only last so long. I regret to inform you, that after my z leaves the house on friday, I will no longer be an active member on Hybridz. I just bought a clean 88 z31 turbo to be a donor. The problem is, I think it's too clean to part, but I really want a vg powered s30, the other problem is, is that this z31 just handles and feels so much better then any Z I have owned. I just can't make up my mind on it.

Thanks for the offer, it is a little larger than I need though.

3 inch, no restriction, non-turbulent x-pipe.

Stealth Dom intake, Howard Stewart H2O pump, and the gear reduction starter are cool and should fetch a few dollars for sure.

Nothing I'm interested in. Maybe the X pipe, though I don't really need it.

What size are the in-outs on the X?

A VH41 or VH45 would be SO SWEET with a single plane crankshaft. I personally feel the VH or Yota 1uz would make for a much cooler single plane V-8 project vs a domestic V-8.

No ETA on when mine will be up and running, have to finish my M3 LSx project first, then I will get serious about the single plane V-8 project. When the M3 rolls out the shop, my '75 280-Z project car will roll in, getting it ready for the single-plane V-8.

Wow man congrats on starting a flat plane v8 build, its about time someone took the plunge. I have been considering a flat plane vh45 or vh41 build myself for my Z, I have a guy that can do it I just need to balls to put the money down lol. When were you planning on having this thing running? If your succsessful in building this v8 which it seem from everything I read you will be I can see people start to do the same. I know I will.
