I asked a few dumb questions throughout my years trying to better my z, and am VERY THANKFUL to the kind people were patient and posted the search bar, and told me welcome to the community. Who knows, being cast out from an internet forum site, that I was trying to gain knowledge from, may have snuffed my dwindling efforts to reach my goals.

I replaced starter, corrosion had set it. Its turning over smoothly (and much faster) now. I will flush the injectors and put the plugs in and maybe start it up

Starter is turning slow (like a half note between cycles) with plugs out, I cleaned/wire brushed terminals, and starter connections. Sometimes it will just click until it changes its mood while charging. New battery, and charger on 10 amp while I fiddle. This manual 1982 280zxt sat for 8 yrs under lean to on a trailer. I am trying to get in running in donor car before I put in my '73 240z. Ive spent the last 6 yrs restoring. I pulled tank, cleaned it. Replaced fuel pump with aft mkt one. Flushed fuel lines up to the injector rail. Changed oil and antifreeze. (oil looked good considering, and antifreeze was decent) Am I missing a fuse? Is there notoriously baf ground wire? Ahhhhh! Im so close I can hardly stand it.
