  1. Nice work, I wasted 3 days trying to come up with stuff here and it was a huge let down, I was trying to buid something very similar, I was wondering if you used hex bar stock and tapped both ends if it would be strong enough ? Does anyone know a site that sells the tubing and the inserts that you can tap ? If I could buy what you just built with m14x1.5 on both ends I would be a happy camper haha.

  2. I have p1800 forsale in denver colorado 1400.00 these cars are cool the interior has a neat look and is really comfy. The way the body is molded togather from the factory is crazy. The tractor engines in theme go 3 million miles =) I can see why volvo made changes with the body after thep1800,

a car constucted like this driven around where it is built where it snow most of the time, if you run into somthing with the p1800 the repair cost would be very high. That must be why they went the the punch em out square fenders and box style after making a car like this. Obviously there were changes in factorys where this car was made. I must say these modern pics make me drool.

  3. Nice pedal set up, I just got done plumbing my brakelines and I will say it started out as the most anoying jobs!

first I bought stainless lines and learned real quick I can not flare it at all with your 50.00$ flare tool. so I orderd the cunnifer lines wich are soo sweet, Than I bought the master cool flare kit. This was not cheap, but oh my god it is one of my new favorite tools. This does fuel line, brake line flares, powersteering stuff for gm ect. heres a pic.

It uses a hydraulic hand pump to press and the dies are quility and dont make a ridge down the back side or make a wobly flare. I used it on stanless and it works like butter the flares almost came out better then the cunnifer brake line I couldnt beleive it.

I have 2 new rolls of extra stainless brakline Id let go for super cheap and if some one wants this flare tool Im not going to need it for a while so Id sell it cheaper then new 220.00 if anyone is interested if you do this on a regular basis I cant imagine not having this.

  4. I was wondering how that cutter worked thanks for the info! I did cut all mine with a grinder I did not have trouble with poked fingers I used good electrical tape and wrapped where I was gona cut slowly and the wire mesh would stay clean.. only problem I see is that the grinder can blow junk into you nice clean lines. I watched a couple you tube clips on installing these fittings and it helped.. way easier then I would of thought. Also I used the russel assembly lube wich works very well.

I have a bunch of extra fittings left over from my project summit -8 an fuel line im guessing like 18 to 20 feet, and some fittings.. in -6 and -8 an, a couple swivle 90's ect. if anyone is looking for somthing like this let me know.
