  1. Hi guys, great observations and feedback on your installs! I see that you're running into a bit too much negative camber? Do you think the 4 bolt tops would have helped to dial in that negative camber a bit?
  2. Do you find that the three bolt tops give you enough adjustability? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the extreme low kit with the three bolt tops as well. Thanks!
  3. I'd appreciate a copy as well. My email is tempuraman@hotmail.com Cheers!
  4. The car is too jacked up for anything to rub! Get a front bumper already u mofo!
  5. J_ is in either Surrey or Richmond. I used to be in Coquitlam, but i've since relocated to Ottawa for a job with the feds I ended up giving the car to my friend on his birthday to "co-own." Currently, the car is in Surrey. I think theres also Spec V in surrey as well.
  6. Ahh yes, the joys of living in Surrey. lol. I just yank the fuse to my ignition coil?
  7. Great lookin car! Glad to see another hybrid project in BC!
  8. Dude that is freaking sweet!! Sounds like all your parts are starting to come together. I see ZG flares there How did my fenders work out? Did they fit ok?
  9. Off topic: You're in Vancouver too? Im in Coquitlam! But yea, Les at Classic Datsun seems to be the place to get the flares. Cheers Jon
  10. Im in coquitlam here. We should all have a meet or something
  11. Hmm, maybe some of the more technical guys can help you out, as im still learning as well. My car has the "boat anchor" chevy 305 (5.0l) and she feels NOTHING like my daily driver which is a 115 hp, 2003 Mini Cooper. The zed 'feels' like a rocket up to 3000 rpm then drops off. I've dyno'd my car at 161 rwhp @ 5000 rpm, and 238 ft-lbs @ 3000 rpm, explaining why the car feels slower after 3000 rpm. Anyways, my point is, with a 383, your car should be a tire-roasting monster! Which shop did you take your car too? Sounds like they arent all that great. I'd reccomend ATEB in burnaby. I went there for some basic tuneup stuff, and they're friendly knowledgeable people. The shop owner Jon bought me lunch the first time i met him! It's somewhat of a small shop, but they do big business.
  12. The only stupid thing I recall doing with fire is chasing after a spider with a lighter and an aerosol can. Of course all this chasing happened to be in the laundry room. I found out that day that lint is EXTREMELY flammable
  13. NeedforZ, where in BC are you located? I've had my v8-Z for about 2 years now and i'm still learning about it. I live in Coquitlam, btw. I probably got into cars when i was just entering university, the only way to learn is to jump right in, roll up your sleeves and start doing work on it
