  1. From what I can tell it's just a feed from the other side of the trans/driveline tunnel, but if the pump wants to draw from both simultaneously, then it seems like I should at least run it to the bottom of my tank as well...
  2. Hey all - I have a VQ35DE/HR fuel pump (17040-EV10A) that I plan to drop into a stock Datsun fuel tank for my VQ swap. I can't seem to find any info regarding the internal in-tank fuel line that goes from the pump across the hump to the other side of the tank in the 350Z/G35 stock tank. This hose doesn't seem to be sold separately as far as I can tell. Do I need this secondary line? Can I leave it disconnected? Should I just cap it since the pump will be submerged in an otherwise flat bottom tank? I've attached a picture showing the hose that I'm talking about (cut off - not my pump). Thanks for any help
  3. bump - don't need flywheel/clutch or clutch slave anymore...I'll take a haltech standalone though (:
  4. Looking for pretty much all electronics for an 06 VQ35DE RevUp / Rev-Up edition. I need engine harness, coil harness, main harness, ignition harness, ECM, BCM, IPDM, key/ignition...basically everything to get the motor running in stock form. Or just ECM w/harness & engine harness if I can get them to work standalone. I'm willing to pull parts myself, I just haven't found a donor. Also need exhaust cam sensors (Exhaust valve timing control position sensors as the FSM calls them). These might be the same as the intake sensors...still trying to check for sure. Also need flywheel/clutch (both stock are fine), clutch slave. I'm located in Santa Barbara, CA - willing to drive or pay for shipping.
  5. Are there any plans for a CV joint flange?
  6. Are you sure those are 25 spline? I've seen the S13 R180's available on ebay, but seem to recall them being 27 spline (or at least not 25, I can't remember for sure). Either way, I was hoping to spend a bit less than $1000
  7. I'm looking for an R180 limited slip. Preferably one that takes circlip shafts, but I'd even be interested in one of those calmini/purenissan versions that required the bolt-in axles/stubs. Basically, either the kind requiring clip-in circlips or the bolt-in kind is fine. 115mm ring gear, post 8/76, 25 spline.

  9. Both look like guesses to me. Rephrased, but semantically the same: "I've read 240sx LSD aren't compatible to first get Z because of spline count." vs "I believe that Calmiini one work with Z31 29spline axles." Neither appears to know. You can swap "read" with "believe"...same thing. I've already sorted through piles of BS looking for information other than beliefs and hearsay, and it just struck me as retarded for someone to reprimand another person and then do the exact same thing. I ask because I want to possibly swap a shortnose R180 carrier into a longnose.
  10. Eh, I was just looking for info and found his remark rather hypocritical and unhelpful, don't you? Thread content: Does anyone know how many splines an s13 (JDM) R180 has?
