turns out the CAS positioning key is broken so when i reinstalled the CAS i didnt didnt get it aligned properly and it thru off the timing i reinstalled the CAS lining it up with the broken drive pin key and it fired right up. anybody have any experience replacing the CAS drive pin.

having an issue with my RB26, Engine was starting and running fine i had the cam covers, the coil cover and the upper timing belt cover powder coated . after installing the new covers the motor wont start. It turns over and its getting gas but no spark, where should i start looking?double checked the ground and still no good.

the plastic fan on my heater blower is broke but the motor is fine, any options other than replacing the whole unit.

I have a multimeter and a power probe just have not had the time to crawl under the dash and chase wiring. I plan on doing it tomorrow if I have time.

emergency flasher is working because the four way flashers work. i replaced the turn signal flasher with a new one and no difference.

I am having a problem with the turn signals on my 77 280Z. they have stopped working completely.I have checked the fuse, replaced the flasher took the turn signal switch apart and took the hazard switch apart for inspection both switches look fine with no burnt or corroded contacts. the emergency flashers work fine so the bulbs are good not sure where to look next, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.You guys always seem to have the answers so i hope you have the answer to this problem.

While replacing my old washer motor which wasnt working at all with a brand new one I ran into a problem. I couldnt get the new washer motor work and while testing it to see what the problem was my wiper motor stopped working. Replaced the fuse but that didnt fix it. is there a relay i should check next or should i look somewhere else first for the issue.

turned out to be the little plastic piece that fits on the brake pedal that pushes against the brake switch plunger. it had fallen out and was in pieces. I ended up just replacing it with a bolt and it works fine.thanks for the help.

The brake lights on my 77 280Z suddenly came on all on their own while it was sitting in the garage. No one had been near it and all pf a sudden the brake lights are shining bright. Where should i look first?

would i need to adjust the pushrod if i am going from a 77 280z MC to a 280ZX MC or is it adjusted only if going from a 240Z MC to a 280ZX MC.

1988 shiro diff needs new bearings

My R200 vsld diff needs new bearings can anyone tell me the part #'s for the bearings and seals? would the be the same as the regular 300zx turbo diff?
